 | Shaun Jamieson, President & CEO

Shaun has collected nine years of sales and business development experience since graduating from the Business program
at BCIT in 1999. Under Shaun's leadership, FillZ continues to experience rapid revenue growth. As head of the FillZ team,
Shaun defines the creative and strategic direction for FillZ and oversees the deployment of new products. Prior to joining
FillZ in 2006, Shaun held a number of positions at parent company AbeBooks, most recently, Director of Sales and Account
Management. Shaun was raised in Vancouver, Canada and has been living in Victoria with wife and daughter for the past seven years.

 | Marc Fournet, Director of Business Development

Marc joined FillZ as the Director of Business Development in November 2007. He leads all aspects of sales activities
at FillZ, including overall sales strategy and new account acquisitions. Prior to joining FillZ, Marc was a Senior
Account Manager with AbeBooks. Marc's background also includes tenures as a Business Development Manager with Carmanah
Technologies, and as a Marketing Manager with the national hotel chain Travelodge Canada. Marc earned a BA from the University
of Calgary, as well as a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Victoria.

 | Lee-Ann Palmason, Account and Product Manger

Lee-Ann joined FillZ in November 2006 and has filled several different roles. Lee-Ann provides strategic counsel to high
volume sellers subscribing to our Premium and Custom services. Her positive and driven attitude has been integral to
cultivating strong relationships with our clients, and she receives praise from our key accounts for her expertise and
assistance frequently. Prior to her tenure with FillZ, Lee-Ann completed a BA at the University of Victoria in 2004 and then worked at AbeBooks.
Lee-Ann recently got married and loves searching for new adventures with her husband.

 | Tyler MacDonald, Senior Technologist

Tyler has been with FillZ since August 2007. He brings over 10 years of Internet development experience and has spent the last five
years engineering enterprise software applications. He has designed secure, robust, and efficient systems for multinational companies
such as Best Buy (a home electronics retailer) and Sophos (an enterprise computer security provider). Tyler lives in Victoria with his
daughter.

 | Cory Horner, Developer

Cory joined FillZ as an Intermediate Developer in July 2007, adding his technological distinctiveness to the development team. He holds
a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Victoria, and formerly worked as a developer in the geospatial software field.
In his off-time, Cory enjoys running, reading, and making politicians cry. In 2004, Cory developed the web site,
How'd they vote creating a stir amongst Canadian politicians.

 | Trish Gavin, Account Manager

Trish holds a degree in Business Management and a diploma in Computer Systems. She brings seven years of experience with her
in the field of Customer Service. She began working with FillZ in November 2007 and is responsible for assisting clients
with activation and providing ongoing support. She is also the FillZ Forum and Live Chat moderator. Trish brings a unique
blend of qualities to FillZ with an understanding of client needs and a technological background to support those needs.
Trish was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to Victoria 4 years ago, where she resides with her husband.

 | Jessica Doyle, Technical Support

Raised on Vancouver Island, Jessica moved to Victoria 6 years ago to obtain her BA from the University of Victoria. Post
university travels in Europe didn't keep Jessica from coming back to Victoria where she worked as an Inventory Manager in
the Home Design industry before coming to FillZ in July 2008. She brings with her extensive experience in the field of
Customer Service and happily provides ongoing support to our sellers.

 | Ryan Bushby, Junior Developer

Ryan has had a strong interest in computers since he first started programming on his Commodore VIC-20 in 1984. His interest in
computers has remained a constant since then. Over the years he honed his programming skills through a variety of personal projects
and free lance work. Ryan feels very at home in the city of Victoria and lives there with his wonderful wife. He
enjoys finding creative ways to relax, having a good laugh, photography, robotics, and animation.

 | Tim Vaillancourt, Systems Administrator

Tim joined FillZ as a Systems Administrator in March 2009. Fascinated by server technologies at a young age, Tim studied highly available network
technologies, hardware, and concepts throughout high school. Later he moved on to various IT roles at Microserve/IBM Canada, HostForWeb.com, and
Qool Media Inc. He also acquired CompTIA Server+, and Linux+ certifications in 2009. Tim is an avid musician of 15 years, and in his spare time he
plays drums, classical violin, piano and guitar, as well as working on his imported rally car.

Ben joined FillZ in September 2009 as a Junior Developer.
He feels like he's been a programmer his whole life.
He started hacking on a Sinclair ZX81 in 1981, and hasn't looked up since.
A native of Victoria, he is pretty sure he lives in the best city, on the nicest island, in the best country in the world.
Since finishing his CompSci degree at UVic, he's been using and improving his skills working for
BC Tel, the Ministry of Forests, AutoVu Technologies, H.Y. Louie, Pacific Geotech, and Keen Edge Solutions.
He enjoys his free time with his wife and daughter exploring Vancouver Island and surroundings, or just enjoying the backyard.

 | Samuel Chen, Systems Administrator

Samuel graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1998 with a major in Electrical Engineering. His first job as a programmer
was at HSBC. He later found his passion for system administration and troubleshooting which led him to jobs at TELUS, AEBC Internet, and
Monexa Solutions where he collected extensive experience in the Internet Technologies. Samuel was born and raised in Hong Kong and immigrated
to Vancouver, Canada in 1993. He enjoys Chinese food, reading books and playing board games with friends. In December 2009, he moved to Victoria
and joined FillZ as a Systems Administrator.

 | Miron Cuperman, Founder

In 2003, Miron developed the technology behind FillZ to help a friend who was having difficulty loading her book
inventory on to several marketplaces simultaneously. In 2006, FillZ was acquired by AbeBooks. Miron describes himself as a 'technology generalist' with particular interests in
Internet technologies and securities. In addition to FillZ, Miron has been involved with other Internet startups
such as Medianox and Sidetalk. Outside of Internet technology, Miron has an interest in nanotechnology and reputation
systems. He attended the Israeli Institute of Technology and holds a BA from Simon Fraser University.
