Alibris orders and tracking information - We're pleased to announce that as of June 1st, 2010, we include tracking information with Alibris order confirmations. Not sure how to add tracking to your orders? Click here to find out.
eBay Payment Methods - We've added a new payment method to the eBay Settings page. If you'd like to add ProPay to your eBay listings as an accepted payment method, please go to 'Settings' -> 'Marketplaces' -> 'Configuration for eBay' and check the box next to 'ProPay' in the Payment Methods section. You will need to perform an Update All to apply the new setting to your existing listings. Please ensure your eBay account is approved to accept ProPay payments.

I sold an item and the order was marked N/A. Why is the item still active?
FillZ does not decrement quantity of an item if the order is marked as N/A. Please pay special attention to these orders as they could indicate a double sale, or a delay in time between order placement and order retrieval. If the item is active and you'd like to ship it, please delete the listing manually.

What does 'Expire inactive inventory' mean?
After items sell out or are deleted, FillZ stores the items as 'inactive' items. The 'Expire inactive inventory items after ___' option in your account settings will set an expiry date so FillZ can permanently delete the data.
How do I find items that are about to expire from my inactive inventory?

2. A new client references your FillZ user name or store name at sign-up. **It is very important for the new seller to use either of these two identifiers.
